EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Online exchanges and returns can be made within 10 days of parcel delivery or in store pickup.
- Only items that are new, unused and in their original packaging can be returned.
- Please contact us at email@example.com to receive authorization for an online return.
- In store purchases must be returned in store with your receipt within 10 days of purchase.
- Any free “gift with purchase” items must accompany the return.
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Original shipping charges are non refundable, and any return shipping charges are your responsibility.
- If the order was sent via free shipping and the return causes the order total to drop below $100, the flat rate shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
