Online order discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of parcel delivery or in store pickup.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Online exchanges and returns can be made within 10 days of parcel delivery or in store pickup.

  • Only items that are new, unused and in their original packaging can be returned.
  • Please contact us at orders@bearlyused.ca to receive authorization for an online return.
  • In store purchases must be returned in store with your receipt within 10 days of purchase.
  • Any free “gift with purchase” items must accompany the return.
  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Original shipping charges are non refundable, and any return shipping charges are your responsibility.
  • If the order was sent via free shipping and the return causes the order total to drop below $100, the flat rate shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
